Intensive Oil Painting Course: Observation Painting from a Live Model

Time:

Saturday–Sunday, 10:00–17:00

During this weekend course, participants will paint from observation using a live model and oil paints. The course is taught by Tuomo Laakso, visual artist and Master of Fine Arts.

Basic materials and refreshments are included in the course fee, but participants are welcome to bring their own supplies. Bringing your own brushes is recommended. The course is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced painters.

Materials:
Supplies are included in the course fee, but participants may bring their own paints and brushes if desired. At minimum, bringing your own brushes is recommended. Please note that the use of turpentine (including “odorless” turpentine) is prohibited at the Free Art School.
